We reach out through our open enrolment policy to welcome students from all backgrounds. Each child is cherished for their own individual strengths so they may be nurtured to prosper and flourish. At the heart of the purpose at Hume Anglican Grammar is a commitment to developing lifelong learners. Every student is encouraged and supported to discover and fulfil their unique potential – whether it be academic, sporting or artistic.
EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION
In today’s society education is more relevant than ever. Your child’s schooling will play a major role in the opportunities they have in life, the values they live by and their feelings of self-worth and responsibility.
Hume Anglican Grammar is in its seventh year of providing affordable independent education to the growing Craigieburn and regional communities. The school commenced on the vision of the Parish of Hume to provide a safe and secure learning environment based on Christian principles and values. We have grown rapidly to our current enrolment of 770 children, Prep to Year 12.
Primary Schooling at Hume Grammar is joyful and fun! In their learning programs children are enabled to achieve a broad range of essential academic and practical skills, and values that equip them to be able love and serve others are constantly modelled, nurtured and encouraged.
The Middle Years (Years 5-8) provide a vibrant, challenging and adolescent specific integral curriculum assisting students to make the transition from primary school to secondary school.
The Senior School provides a wide range of VCE subjects and students will be encouraged to attain outstanding results.
Pastoral care and compassion for our students is at the heart of all programs. The school is a place of joy and care, discipline, hard work and direction, within small classes.
BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE
Our before and after school care program is very popular, available from 6-30 each morning and until 6-30 each evening at reasonable rates; with Commonwealth subsidies available on a means test.
